• ANGLE SWIVELS

  Right Angular Swivel
  Investment Cast in 316 Stainless Steel, High & Low Temperatures, 96% Flow - no restriction in bore. All swivels use off the shelf seals and parts so maintenance is no problem. No waiting for parts from overseas. Right angle is compact to fit in confined areas. vis. hose reels as used on Fire Appliances where space is at a premium. Large 3" version used for glycol.

  Angular Swivel - Z-type
  Investment Cast in 316 Stainless Steel, High & Low Temperatures, 96% Flow - no restriction in bore. Move in 3 directions removing any load off the attachments.

• STRAIGHT SWIVELS

  Straight F & F Swivel
  Weight is a crucial factor for some customers. E.g. 2.5" B.S.P. swivel O.D. 100 mm. Bore 65 mm length 130 mm yet weighs only 2 kg and being made from stainless steel is able to handle most substances. The 3/4” BSP version is only 0.5 kg in weight.

  Heavy duty version for where the bearing may be acting as the main support, e.g. reels.
  
  Straight M & F Swivel
  Uses various bearings and seals for different temperatures, fluids, and loadings. This design is a short version and allows easy fitting into current fittings.
  
  Weld-prep ends
  Swivel with end that can be welded directly to existing pipe or tank.

• FLANGE SWIVELS

  Flange Swivels
  These are usually fabricated from mild steel but can be manufactured in stainless steel if so required. Long version used mainly for loading out from silos into waiting tankers below as it supports all the necessary pipe-work. The shorter version is used where no loading is taken only movement. vis. 6 units are used on a bitumen tanker spray bar oscillating sideways right and left. In this instance the customer is able to have solid piping between each swivel and keep it all between the confines of the truck's chassis rails and not use flexible piping thus improving operator safety.
  Again no cir-clips are used.
