Straight M & F Swivel
Uses various bearings and seals for different temperatures, fluids, and loadings. Our original swivels are still in use after 12 years. "ZVA" type swivel. Our latest swivel made in stainless steel due to pressure from customers. Prototype been in use for 6 months. |

Flange Swivels
These are usually fabricated from mild steel but can be manufactured in stainless steel if so required. Long version used mainly for loading out from silos into waiting tankers below as it supports all the necessary pipe-work. The shorter version is used where no loading is taken only movement. vis. 6 units are used on a bitumen tanker spray bar oscillating sideways right and left. In this instance the customer is able to have solid piping between each swivel keep it all between the confines of the truck's chassis rails and not use flexible piping thus improving operator safety.
Again no circlips are used. |
